Hey this is Jacob here. WOW i cant believe we are leaving in only 10 days. 10 i can count that on my hands. It is crazy i am sooo excited. I not scared just hoping that the language isn't to much of a problem. If i think making out what Senora says is hard this is going to be a whole different ball game. But i don't think it will be a problem. I have seen some poverty in my life when i was in mexico and in New Orleans after Katrina but i haven't ever seen what i am about to. I can't wait to just hang out with all the little kids. Over there something so so small like a ball or a bowl of chicken is such a big deal to them, Stuff we take for granted every day. Something my youth paster said really made me think about this trip. He said,"If you own a car, a house, and TV you are in the top 5% of people to ever walk the planet Earth". WOW i have a lot more than that so i have more than 95% of the people to ever live.
Well i can't say it enough how excited i am to get to go on this trip, meet the people, serve the children, try the food, and most importantly spread the word of God. well thanks for reading this whole thing
